President Bola Tinubu is set to honour no fewer than 210 former corps members at the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Honours Award ceremony for the 2020 to 2023 service years.

This was revealed in a statement on Saturday by Emeka Mgbemena, the NYSC Director of Media, who confirmed that the event will take place on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Out of the 210 honourees, 200 ex-corps members were selected for their exceptional performance across the four key NYSC programmes: Orientation Course, Primary Assignment, Community Development Service, and Winding-Up/Passing-Out exercises.

Additionally, 10 former corps members will be recognised under the NYSC Hope Alive Initiative for sustaining various degrees of permanent disabilities while serving the nation.
