Tinubu heads to Kano to mourn Business Icon Aminu Dantata

The Kano State Government has announced that President Bola Tinubu will visit the state to commiserate with the government, people of Kano, and the family of the late Alhaji Aminu Dantata, a respected elder statesman, businessman, and philanthropist.
The announcement was made in a statement by the Governor’s spokesperson, Sunusi Bature, on Thursday in Kano.
According to the statement, Tinubu’s visit is a demonstration of national unity and a mark of respect for both the people of Kano and the enduring legacy of the late industrialist.
Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf urged residents to welcome the President warmly and in an orderly fashion, in line with Kano’s long-standing tradition of hospitality and reverence for leaders.
The condolence visit comes shortly after the passing of Aminu Dantata, whose life was marked by generosity, public service, and major investments that positively shaped the lives of many Nigerians.

Security and logistical measures have been put in place to ensure a smooth and respectful presidential visit.
